1.  In the URL bar type in https://stcu.org/.

     
2. Go to STCU Bank Homepage and find the “Online Banking” located on the upper right side of the page then click on it.
3. You’ll be directed to another page. Enter your “Username/Password” and click on “Log in”.
4. If you Forgotten “Username” – click on the link “Forgot Username?”.
Choose this if you are an “Individual/Business” and you forgot your Username.
5. If you Forgotten “Password” – click on the link “Forgot Password?”.
6. You’ll be directed to another page where you must accept the disclosure to continue the password recovery process. Please confirm your identity:-Username
-STCU Member Number
-Digits Of Social Security Number Or Tax ID

How To Apply For A New Account With STCU Bank

Step Description
1. On the same login area as shown above, (homepage) find the link that says “Register” and click on it. You’ll be directed to another page where you must select if what banking you want to access. Please accept the disclosure to continue the registration process click “I Agree”.
2. You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter your information:

-STCU Member Number
-Last 6 Digits Of Social Security Number Or Tax ID
-Last 6 Digits Of Any Of Your 10- Or 16-Digit Acct Number
-Last 6 Digits Of Your STCU Debit Card (If You Own One)
-The Code Word You Use To Identify Yourself To STCU
-Your Birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY)
-Drivers License Number Or Photo ID Number On File
3. Visit the branch location nearest you and a Banking Center Manager can assist you in choosing an account ideally suited to the way you do business.
