How to login to your DCU Account

Step	Description
1.	In the URL bar type in https://www.dcu.org/.
2.	Go to DCU Homepage and click the “LOGIN” located on the upper right side of the page. Enter your “Member Number/Password” and click on Login.
3.	If you Forgotten your “Password” – click on the link “Forgot Password?”.
4.	You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as: -Phone number -Member Number Then Click Send me a new password.

How to apply for a new account with Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) Bank

Step	Description
1.	On the same login area as shown above, (homepage) Click “LOGIN” find the link that says “BECOME A MEMBER” and click on it.
2.	Once you select the BECOME A MEMBER you will be directed to another page where you must select two category (“New to DCU? & Already a DCU Member”). Select “New to DCU” to continue the application.
3.	If you will select the New to DCU you will be directed to another page then click “CONTINUE”.
4.	Once you click Continue you will be directed to Your Information form. Please provide this information about yourself. * Indicates required fields -Applicant Information -Identification Information -Contact Information Then Click Continue.
5.	Visit the branch location nearest you and a Banking Center Manager can assist you in choosing an account ideally suited to the way you do business.
