How to login to your Citi Bank Account

Step Description
1.  In the URL bar type in https://online.citi.com/US/login.do.

Go to Citi Bank homepage and enter your “User ID & Password” then click Sign On.
3. If you Forgot  Username – click on the link “Forgot User ID?” below the “Sign On”.

You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Bank and/or Credit Card Customers
-Mortgage Only Customers
-Certificate of Deposit Only Customers

 

Then Click Continue.
5.

If you Forgot  Password – click on the link “Forgot Forgot?”.

 
6.

You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Bank and/or Credit Card Customers
-Mortgage Only Customers
-Certificate of Deposit Only Customers

Then Click Continue.
7.

Activate Card   – click on the link “Activate a Card”.

 
8.

You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Card Number

 

Then Click Continue.

2. You’ll be directed to another page. Please enter the information below. All fields required.

-Account Information
-Verification
-Set Up Online Access
-Confirmation

Then Click Continue Setup.

Visit the branch location nearest you and a Banking Center Manager can assist you in choosing an account ideally suited to the way you do business.
