Continuing its growth plan as a strong, stable and secure financial institution, Century Bank of Georgia purchased and assumed deposits of Community Bank of Rockmart headquartered in Rockmart, Georgia in November 2011. The Purchase and Assumption Agreement with the FDIC allowed Century Bank of Georgia to expand its service locations to three counties in Northwest Georgia.
