How To Login To Your Capital City Account

Step Description
1.  In the URL bar type in https://www.ccbg.com/.
2. Go to Capital City Bank Homepage and find the login area located on the upper right side of the page. Select from the drop down if what category do you want to access. Enter Username and Password. Then click Log In.
3. If you Forgot Password   – click on the link “Forgot Password”.
4. You’ll be directed to another page where you must  submit your Username to reset your password. Then Click Submit.

How To Apply For A New Account With Capital City

Step Description
1. On the same login area as shown above, (homepage) find the link that says “Enroll ” and click on it.
2. You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Requested Username
-Account Number
-Account Type
-Social Security Number
-Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
-Zip Code

Then Click Continue.
3. Visit the branch location nearest you and a Banking Center Manager can assist you in choosing an account ideally suited to the way you do business.
